As generative AI becomes embedded in mission-critical workflows, traditional cloud modernization approaches prove insufficient. We explore AI-native architecture patterns, distributed cloud topologies, and zero-trust security frameworks that enable scalability, reliability, and governance at enterprise scale. A layered reference architecture integrates microservices, event-driven orchestration, AI inference and RAG pipelines, observability, and policy-as-code controls.
